By accessing or using FalcoChat(the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use the Service.

FalcoChat provides a web-based interface that allows users to access and interact with large language models (LLMs) offered by third-party providers via the OpenRouter API. The Service is intended for personal and team productivity use.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, harassing, defamatory, or fraudulent.
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, access controls, or security measures.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or reproduce the Service in whole or in part.
• Violate any applicable laws or third-party terms of service, including those of OpenRouter and the underlying model providers.

The AI models available through FalcoChat are operated by third parties (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and others). Your use of those models is also subject to the terms and policies of the respective providers. We are not responsible for the outputs generated by third-party models.

Certain features of the Service are available on a paid subscription basis. Payments are processed by Stripe. All fees are stated in US dollars and are non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated in our refund policy.

The FalcoChat name, logo, and all associated software are owned by us or our licensors. You retain ownership of the content you submit to the Service. By submitting content you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process it solely to provide the Service.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that AI-generated content is accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. You are responsible for evaluating any output before acting on it.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FalcoChat and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the relevant jurisdiction.
